Gwen Cantwell qualified with a B.Sc. Curr. O.T. (Hons) in Occupational Therapy at Trinity College, Dublin, all the way back in 1999! She has worked in Adult Mental Health Services, Intellectual Disability Services with children and adults, and for over 15 years in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Dublin and currently in Galway. She has completed extensive post-graduate training to enhance her clinical practice such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Sensory Integration, Sensory Attachment, Floortime, Cognitive Orientation to Occupational Performance (CO-OP), Motivational Interviewing, Transformative Life Coaching, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness Practitioner, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) and more. She has been running groups for young people and parents for over 20 years. She draws from this wealth of expertise, to deepen your understanding of changes you can make in your daily routine, so you can boOsT your life!
